The Huntington Lighthouse Preservation Society hosts guided tours of the historic Huntington Lighthouse on June 23, July 14, Aug. 11 and Sept. 8. Built in 1912, it is on the National Register of Historic Places. Enjoy a boat ride out and back to the lighthouse, and learn about the history of the Huntington lighthouse, how it was saved from demolition by a dedicated group of volunteers, and the important role it continues to play as a working navigational aid. Port Jefferson Documentary Series Spring line-up continues with a screening of We Are the Warriors at John F.
