Lenny Bruno Farms invites families to kickstart the farm’s season at the 2024 Country Kick-off event! Taking place on May 18 and May 19, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., this weekend event promises an array of modern and classic country music, line dancing, delicious food, hayrides, activities for kids, teens, and adults.

Admission to the event is $10 per person, granting access to a variety of entertainment and attractions, including live country music performances, a 5 oz. beer tasting, vendor booths, a toddler play area, a meet and greet with farm animals, oversized garden games, unique photo opportunities, and more! Children aged 2 and under enter free of charge.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to indulge in culinary delights from food trucks, explore offerings from artisan vendors, enjoy face painting, partake in various children and teen activity vendors, pony rides, adult activities, such as axe throwing, and embark on hayrides around the farm. Fresh fruits, vegetables, pies, ice cream, and other treats will also be available for purchase from the farm.

The Country Kick-off event marks the beginning of Lenny Bruno Farms’ season, and the first attendees will receive a special seedling packet (while supplies last) with instructions on planting seeds at home. Visitors are encouraged to come to the farm to witness the commencement of operations, discover seed planting techniques, and gain insights into the growth process.

The festivities will be enhanced by live country music performances by The Town and Country Band, line dancing sessions by Dancing with Deanna, and more!

Lenny Bruno Farms, 740 Wading River Road, Manorvile invites you to “The Great Pumpkin Palooza,” an engaging agritourism event celebrating Fall’s essence, on September 30 and October 1, October 7, 8, and 9, October 14 and 15, and October 21 and 22 from 10 am to 5 pm.

The Great Pumpkin Palooza” welcomes visitors to experience the beauty of the autumn season and enjoy a range of activities, including pumpkin picking, sunflower picking, a family-friendly spooky corn maze, live music performances, a corn hole tournament hosted by Westhampton Beach Brewery, jumbo garden games, a kid-friendly play patch with a mini hay maze, tractor pedal cars, and more, as well as the opportunity to get unique charcoal portraits, participate in an Oktoberfest pop-up, as well as pumpkin pie eating contests.

To join in the festivities, there is an admission fee of $10. Children aged 2 and under enter for free, ensuring an inclusive experience for families. These comprehensive event weekends promise an array of activities to celebrate the autumn season, making it a captivating and affordable choice for individuals and groups alike. In addition, there are educational hayrides led by Dominic Bruno, offering insights into sustainable farming practices for a nominal fee of $5. Additionally, “The Great Pumpkin Palooza” will offer an array of options from food trucks and showcase local artisan vendors with a variety of food and goods available for purchase. Children’s activity vendors will also be present, offering experiences such as face painting, fairy hair, candle crafting, and more, ensuring a truly immersive and memorable event for visitors of all ages.

Who doesn’t love sunflowers? Lenny Bruno Farms, 740 Wading River Road, Manorville hosts a Sunflower Festival on July 15 and 16 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.  This year’s Sunflower Festival features a variety of family-friendly activities.

Admission to the festival area is $10 per person, children ages 2 and under free, and includes live music, strolls through a sea of sunflowers, 5 oz. tasting, vendors, toddler play area, petting zoo, jumbo garden games, unique photo opportunities, food trucks, artisan vendors, face painting, other children and teen activity vendors, hayrides, u-pick, jumbo garden games, and more!

Lenny Bruno Farms, 740 Wading River Road, Manorville will hold their second annual Strawberry Festival this Saturday and Sunday, June 10 and 11 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Festival-goers will enjoy food trucks, live music, artisan vendors, face painting, children and teen activity vendors, toddler play area, petting zoo, jumbo garden games, and more. Visitors can also purchase fresh fruits, vegetables, pies, ice cream, and other delicious fares at the farm. Admission to the festival area is $10 per person. Children 2 and under are free. 

The strawberry u-pick area admission is an additional $10 entry fee and comes with 1 pint of strawberries in combination with a hayride to the u-pick area and unique photo opportunities for families and friends.

“We are thrilled to host our second annual strawberry festival and welcome visitors to our farm,” said Dominick Bruno. “We are proud to showcase the beauty and bounty of our farm and look forward to sharing our love of farming with the community.”

St. James Episcopal Church, 490 North Country Road, St. James will host their annual Strawberry Festival on Saturday, June 10 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Featuring strawberry treats, homemade jams, homemade baked goods, vendors, garden table, silent auction, raffle baskets, Grandpa’s Garage, Books and Things, Last Chance Animal Rescue, bounce house and children’s activities, lunch, tours of the church and, of course, Long Island strawberries. Mattituck Strawberry Festival

The 68th annual Mattituck Lions Club Strawberry Festival, 1105 North Road, Mattituck will be held on June 14 and 15 from 5 to 10 p.m., June 16 from 5 to 11 p.m., June 17 from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and June 18 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Highlights include strawberry shortcake, strawberries dipped in chocolate, live music, over 100 arts and craft vendors, carnival rides, food and fireworks on June 15, 16 and 17 (weather permitting). Rocky Point Strawberry Festival
