‘It’s Basic’

The Port Jefferson Documentary Series continues its Fall 2024 season with a screening of It’s Basic at the First United Methodist Church, 603 Main St., Port Jefferson on Oct. 24 at 7 p.m. When 2020 presidential hopeful Andrew Yang proposed to give every American $1000 in monthly income, it helped bring the issue of Guaranteed Basic Income (GBI) to national light. ‘Fall for All’ house tour fundraiser

‘The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon’

The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon’

‘King Lear’

The Carriage House Players at the Suffolk County Vanderbilt Museum in  Centerport closes their 35th annual Shakespeare in the Courtyard Festival with King Lear from Aug. 16 to Sept. 8.
