Suffolk County Police arrested two women for alleged prostitution during a raid at a business operating
out of an apartment in East Northport on Nov. 12.

In response to numerous community complaints, Second Precinct Crime Section officers, in conjunction
with the Town of Huntington Fire Marshal and Building Department, conducted an investigation into
Welian International Inc., located at 360 Larkfield Road, unit 21.

Two employees, Teresa Zhang, 51, of New York, NY, and Alexandra Thalia Higinio, 31, of Jersey City,
NJ, were both charged with Unauthorized Practice of a Profession, and Prostitution. Zhang was
additionally charged with Criminal Nuisance 2nd Degree.

Zhang and Higinio were both issued Desk Appearance Tickets and are scheduled to appear at First
District Court in Central Islip on a later date.

The Town of Huntington issued several violations to the business.

Suffolk County Police today arrested two women during a raid at an East Northport massage parlor on Sept. 6.

In response to numerous community complaints, Second Precinct Crime Section officers, in conjunction with the Town of Huntington Fire Marshal and Code Enforcement, conducted an investigation into Larkfield Spa, located at 502 Larkfield Road, and arrested two women at 4:42 p.m.

Liling Gao, 47, of Flushing, was charged with one count of Unauthorized Practice of a Profession, one count of Prostitution and one count of Criminal Nuisance 2nd Degree. YiLiu Zhang, 48, of Brooklyn, was charged with one count of Unauthorized Practice of a Profession and one count of Prostitution.

The Town of Huntington Fire Marshal and Code Enforcement observed multiple violations at the business, the investigation is ongoing. Both Gao and Zhang were issued Desk Appearance Tickets and are scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on a later date.

Suffolk County Police arrested two women for alleged prostitution during a massage parlor raid in East
Northport on April 14.

In response to community and quality of life complaints, Second Precinct Crime Section officers and
Second Squad detectives, in conjunction with the Fire Marshal and officials from the Town of
Huntington Public Safety, conducted an investigation into Time Foot Spa, located at 41 Larkfield Road,
at approximately 3 p.m.

Following an investigation, Qiaoling Guan, 51, of Flushing, and Suyuan Zhang Caruso, 62, of Commack, were arrested and charged with alleged Prostitution and Unauthorized Practice of a Profession. Additional summonses were issued from the Town of Huntington Public Safety.

A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
