Gordon Heights and Patchogue Seventh Day Adventists Churches will host a Community Health Fair at Granny Road Park, 615 Granny Road, Medford on Sunday, Aug. 25 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event will feature free health screenings, free counseling, free massages, Stony Brook Hospital mammogram information and sign up, along with information on cancer prevention, cardiovascular disease prevention, stroke education & prevention, nutritional counseling, behavioral and mental health counseling, real estate education, and much more. Health Outreach Bus

Emma Clark Library, 120 Main St., Setauket welcomes the Catholic Health Mobile Outreach Bus to its parking lot on Thursday, Jan. 18 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Last screening begins at 1:45 p.m.) Registered nurses will provide blood pressure, cholesterol, body mass index, and glucose screenings, along with patient education and referrals as needed. St. Francis Community Health Van

The next stop for the St. Francis Hospital community health van will be St. Anthony of Padua Parish Outreach, 1025 Fifth Ave., East Northport on Friday, Jan. 22.  Free health screenings will be offered from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Services include a blood pressure check, a simple blood test for cholesterol, a heart health history and a diabetes screening for patients older than 18.
