A woman allegedly used counterfeit money to purchase two baseball bats and a sporting bag, valued at $560, from Dick’s Sporting Goods, located at 620 Smith Haven Mall, on November 20 at approximately 4:45 p.m.

Two men entered Spirit Halloween, located at 5025 Jericho Turnpike, Commack, at 6 p.m. on August 22 and allegedly attempted to use a counterfeit $100 bill to pay for merchandise. The transaction was denied by an employee of the store.

A man allegedly used $150 in counterfeit $10 bills to purchase plumbing equipment from Lowe’s, located at 2796 Route 112, on January 10 at approximately 5:30 p.m.
