UPDATE: Darryl Clark has been found unharmed and safe.

Suffolk County Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing Central Islip man who suffers from Alzheimer’s.

Darryl Clark, 68, was last seen leaving South Shore University Hospital in Bay Shore at approximately 12:30 p.m. on February 26. Clark resides at 79101 Circle Drive, Central Islip.

Clark is Black, 6 feet 1 inch tall and 140 pounds. He has short black hair and was last seen wearing a gray and burgundy sweat suit with a blue coat and black sneakers. 

Detectives are asking anyone with information on Clark’s location to call 911 or Third Squad detectives at 631-854-8352.

William Stewart

Suffolk County Police have issued a Silver Alert on Feb. 26 for a missing Patchogue man with dementia.

William Stewart, 72, left his residence, located at 286 North Ocean Ave., on February 23 at approximately 7 p.m. and was seen getting into a taxi. He was reported missing on February 26.

Stewart is white, approximately 6 feet one inch tall and weighs 230 pounds. He has white hair and blue eyes.

 Detectives are asking anyone with Stewart’s location to call the Fifth Squad at 631-854-8552 or 911.

Update: Altomare Fornuto has been located unharmed.

Suffolk County Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing Melville woman who suffers from cardiac issues.  

Altomare Fornuto, 90, was last seen driving a tan Nissan Maxima with New York State license plate CAN 7602 near the intersection of Newbridge Road and Hempstead Turnpike East, in East Meadow, on January 10 at approximately 3:30 p.m. Fornuto resides at 1603 Shannon Way. 

Fornuto is white, 5 feet tall, and 100 pounds. She has brown hair with brown eyes. 

Detectives are asking anyone with information on Fornuto’s location to call 911 or Second Squad detectives at 631-854-8252.

Joseph Goetzfried

Update on May 13: Joseph Goetzfried has been located, unharmed.

Suffolk County Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing Bayport man who suffers from
dementia. Joseph Goetzfried, 70, was last seen leaving on foot from his residence on Middle Road at approximately 10 a.m. on May 12. He was reported missing by an employee at his
living facility at approximately 7 p.m. He may be in the areas of Sayville or Patchogue.

Goetzfried is white, 6 feet tall, 150 pounds with gray hair. He was last seen wearing a black long sleeved tee shirt, tan khaki shorts, and a tan bucket hat.

Detectives are asking anyone with information on Goetzfried’s location to call 911 or Fifth
Squad detectives at 631-854-8540.

UPDATE: Barbara Buckmann has been located, unharmed.

Suffolk County Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing Huntington Station woman who suffers from dementia.

Barbara Buckmann, 77, was last seen leaving her residence at the Manorhaven Adult Home, located at 222 Columbia Street in Huntington Station on Thursday, Dec. 22 at 6 p.m.

Buckmann is white, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 220 pounds with grey hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a white sweater and navy blue sweatpants.

Detectives are asking anyone with information on Buckmann’s location to call 911 or Second Squad detectives at 631-854-8252.

Richard and Leonara Sales

UPDATE: Richard and Leanora Sales have been located, unharmed.

Below is the original Silver Alert.

Suffolk County Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing Port Jefferson Station couple who suffer from dementia.

Richard and Leanora Sales were last seen leaving their residence, located at 2709 Aston Wood Way, at approximately 12:30 p.m. on May 20.

Richard and Leanora, who are 86 and 84 respectively, were traveling to an appointment in Northport. They were traveling in a 2016 blue Nissan Rogue with New York State license plate HFX 9556 and never arrived.

 Detectives are asking anyone with information on the Sales’ location to call 911 or Sixth Squad detectives at 631-854-8652.

Jae Ryong Kang

Update:  Jae Ryong Kang has been located, unharmed.

Suffolk County Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing Melville man with Alzheimer’s disease.

Jae Ryong Kang, 89, was last seen leaving his home, located at 808 Altessa Blvd., at approximately 10:00 a.m.  Kang was driving a 2011 gray Mercedes Benz with NY license plate FJG-8145.

Kang is Asian,  5 feet 8 inches tall, 140 pounds, with white hair and brown eyes. He wears glasses.  He was last seen wearing a black coat, black corduroy pants and white sneakers.

Detectives are asking anyone with information on Kang’s location to call 911 or the Second Squad at 631-854-8252.

 Julie Nicholson has been located, unharmed.

The Suffolk County Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a missing Patchogue woman with Asperger Syndrome and Munchausen Syndrome.

Julie Nicholson, 29, was last seen at John T. Mather Memorial Hospital, located at 75 North Country Road in Port Jefferson., on May 8 at approximately 7:30 a.m. She was reported missing at approximately 12:40 p.m.

Nicholson is White, 5 feet 1 inches tall, 120 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a t-shirt with a photo of a rapper.

Detectives are asking anyone with information on Nicholson’s location to contact the Fifth Squad at 631-854-8552 or call 911.

UPDATE: Mykenzie McMillan was located, unharmed.

The Suffolk County Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a missing Nesconset teen.

Mykenzie McMillan, 15, was last seen leaving her residence, located on Browns Road, on foot on March 26 at approximately 5:30 p.m. She was reported missing today at approximately 12:10 a.m.

McMillan is white, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 130 pounds with blonde hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a white sweatshirt and black leggings.

Detectives are asking anyone with information on McMillan’s location to contact the Fourth Squad at 631-854-8452 or call 911.

Suffolk County Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing Huntington Station woman who suffers from depression.

Jessly Diaz, 14, went missing from her home located at 7 Kingston Place  Feb. 16 at approximately 9 p.m. Diaz is Hispanic with brown hair and black eyes. Diaz is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs approximately 100 pounds. She was last seen wearing a white jacket with grey snowflakes.

Anyone with information on Diaz’s location is asked to call 911 or the Second Squad at 631-854-8252.
