Operation: Hope, a program designed to assist veterans and the families of active duty personnel deployed overseas, is currently holding a food drive for Island Harvest through April 29. Collection boxes are located in the lobby of the Long Island State Veterans Home, 100 Patriots Road, Stony Brook.
